SIAM Service Manager

Working on a large scale program as the key liaison between SIAM service lines, technical operations and the customer. This position requires someone with outstanding communication and relationship building skills to ensure smooth smooth service delivery is provided to the customer.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with technical and service staff
Provide guidance on priorities
Driving completion of tasks within SLA’s
Utilising knowledge of Service Delivery, ITSM tools and integration to ensure smooth delivery

Required skills:

Excellent track record in Service Delivery on large programmes (ideally public sector)
Demonstrable experience managing complex issues to resolution
Outstanding organisation and planning skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of ITIL
