Our client is a key player within SIAM and is looking for an experienced consultant who is used to working closely with customers, defining their IT and Business requirements, conducting full ITIL reviews and building strategic plans for adoption of ITIL and SIAM processes. You must have demonstrable experience of preparing and presenting strategic improvement plans and have worked within an MSP or large consultancy where you have experience of customer facing roles.
It is expected that you will have experience of presenting plans and solutions in addition to implementation.
You must be able to demonstrate strong experience of SIAM and complex multi-vendor models together with excellent people skills, business acumen and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge and experience of Service Integration Management best practice is essential together with the drive and commitment to implement remedial action and service improvement.
Location: London with wide European travel
