Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer?
We’re currently recruiting for our global client, based in Central London.
You will work closely with IT Service Delivery managers to be a main point of contact for ServiceNow for internal staff.
Be the main point of contact for the company for ServiceNow
Manage application problem resolution and drive a continual improvement program of processes and performance.
Meet with senior stakeholders, document, integrate and configure requirements
Make changes to live systems
ServiceNow experience in a support or development position
Customer support experience in an ITIL environment
Awareness or qualification of ITIL processes
Expert configuration and customisation of all aspects of ServiceNow: Workflow, UI, CMS, PA etc
Experience of the following ITIL disciplines: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Request Management, Process Automation
Project management skills: Agile, PRINCE2, MSP
Good architecture and design experience
SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office, SQL skills
Strong communication, both spoken and written
Contract: 6 months
Salary: £450 – £550/pd
