We’re currently recruiting for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant for our client in Central London.
You will be joining a growing team working with established clients to implement Software as a Service solutions.
Handle product feature and technical questions from customers and channel partners
Contribute & maintain a showcase of solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
Develop programmes that enable other Consultants to demonstrate the value of the platform
Continuous development and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and all applications
Deliver product demonstrations to customers and products in person and online
Collaborate with Product Management and Development team members to enhance products and with new features that meet the customers needs
Share best practices
Communicate with both business and technical decision makers
Respond to requests for information/ proposal documents
Support Marketing events- User conferences, trade shows, webinars, seminars etc.
Act as ServiceNow SME at executive briefings and events
Proven experience completing multiple implementations
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong confict management skills
Proven experience configuring work-flows, formas and scripts
Experience in the development of multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform.
Experience working in a consultancy based capacity previously
Salary: £65k – £75k
