We are currently seeking a skilled Service Transition Manager to join one of the UK’s leading customer insight and information management companies in a stunning city centre location in Leeds.
You will be part of a world-class client focussed team, working with some of the most recognised global brands.
As Service Transition Manager, you will:
Oversee and be responsible for ensuring that all releases, changes and new services are transitioned through to live stage, are operationally fit for purpose and that they also meet the company requirements
Manage deployment plans and ensure that supporting teams are aware and prepared for any changes
Advise the CAB when projects and releases can be scheduled
Identify key criteria that a release or change must satisfy before putting live
Be responsible for review and sign off of all changes with appropriate stakeholders
Chair CAB Meetings & Post Implementation reviews
Ensure all change and release processes are fed into the PMO, project and SWAB processes and board meetings
Embed ITIL based processes and practices
Degree level or equivalent qualification
Experience of working with internal IT Development business functions
Strong experience in an IT Service Management Role and managing ITIL service management processes
Experience within the financial services industry
Familiar operating Wintel Platform and SAN Technology
Confident managing 3rd party suppliers
