Our client, a market leading and prestigious organisation, is looking for two ITSM professionals to work on client site.
You will need to be ITIL certified and be able to demonstrate a number of years experience within process redesign covering Problem, Incident, Change and Release Management, Service Design, Transition and Service Operation as you will be the senior representative within customer sites. Working in a multi-vendor environment you will need to be comfortable within a SIAM environment and be comfortable with different and new ways of working.
In addition you will need to demonstrate your abilities to work with teams including virtual teams across disparate locations.
In addition you will be liaising at senior levels so will need to have gravitas around Service Management and be able to articulate clearly the options. All of our clients demand the highest levels of professionalism and advice and you will be representing a high profile organisation with a global presence.
Contract: 3 months initially
Salary: £550 – £600 per day
