Opportunity to join a leading consultancy organisation as a Senior Service Management Consultant to help secure new opportunities and deliver large programmes of work.
You will be working with senior stakeholders to shape their service management capabilities and create excellence ensuring engagements exceed expectations.
Lead initial engagement to establish team working practices
Act as SME and assurance to multiple clients on-going
Managing stakeholders and expectations
Produce high quality written reports
Leading on transformation, SIAM, maturity and design projects
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience working for a consultancy organisation
Cross industry experience
Broad Service management knowledge to include: design, transformation, initiation, SIAM
Demonstrable process design experience
ITIL Expert certified
Strong stakeholder management skills
There is a high level of travel expected with this position so you will need flexible attitude to working away from home on a regular basis.
Salary: £80k – £90k
