Service Management Analyst

Working with a global science and technology solutions leader you will be involved in a large scale public sector programme of work and have the opportunity to gain SC clearance. The programme is a transformation programme and the reports generated will relate to legacy data and the new SIAM tower model.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the complete set of Service Level requirements and measurements
Understanding contractual obligations to the customer and the associated service level/service credit regime
Being the subject matter expert on Performance Management Reporting including detailed analysis of underlying data used to produce the Service Levels
Keeping the Service Delivery Performance Manager updated and informed on all issues relating to reporting
To work closely with the Service Performance Management Team to ensure that all Performance Management reporting is produced in an accurate and timely manner
Engaging with the Service Design function to ensure that any changes, enhancements and additions to the current solution can be reported
Working to ensure that any Continual Service Improvement opportunities are documented, assessed and where appropriate implemented
Provide ad hoc reporting, technical information and analysis of Performance Management data as required to the Service Performance Management Team
Ensure that all Performance Management processes and procedures are documented, maintained and followed
