Do you have well rounded ITSM skills?
We’re currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager for our well known client based in Wigan.
Initially this role will require a Problem Management focus which will then develop to a general service delivery management role which will require skills in the following areas:
• Process development, implementation and delivery
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Incident Managerment
• Transition Management
• Coaching and mentoring skills in Service Management Disciplines
• Conflict Management
You will need to be able to refine, implement and manage service delivery processes.
This is a high pressure environment with multiple 3rd party suppliers providing services into group IT and the business, so the post holder will need to be well versed in the art of conflict management and be able to bring multiple groups together.
Salary: £45k + 10% benefits
