An exciting Service Continuity Manager role has become available working for one of our very successful clients who primarily specialise in consumer information management.
Your core responsibility would include, but not be limited to:
Leading a combination of operations that support the organisation’s short and long-term goals and strategies.
Ensuring the team is aware of their responsibilities and have the required knowledge and capabilities.
Owning and driving the improvement programmes relating to Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
Providing project support to ensure new systems/services are built with appropriate ITSC requirements, controls, and processes embedded.
The skills you need for this role are:
Proven track record of leading and delivering ITSC
Experience in applying business continuity practices and risk frameworks
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
